The school incident reporting pad allows a school to make a record of all incidents occurring to pupils throughout the school day, however insignificant.
The top copy of the incident slip generated is provided to the parent/guardian, keeping them fully informed of incidents, locations, witnesses, treatment etc. The second copy of the slip acts as a permanent record of all incidents throughout the school, providing useful analysis and statistics. Each slip is sequentially numbered for easy reference.

Each Incident Reporting pad contains 30 duplicate slips. With one Incident Reporting pad your school or academy can notify parents/guardians and keep a record of 30 incidents.
When an incident occurs, the incident slip is completed with details of the incident.
As this slip is completed, the duplicate entry in the incident pad is automatically created. This duplicate provides an accurate record of all incidents throughout the school such as common incident locations, names of children who often appear on the register, children involved in recurring incidents etc. This duplicate not only provides useful analysis but also provides vital information should an incident be investigated at a later date.
The incident slip can either be passed to the parent/guardian when the child is collected from the school or can be passed to the child who will hand this to their parent/guardian when they arrive home. This ensures that parents/guardians are fully informed of all incidents relating to their children and can then seek further information from the school or a see medical advice if desired.

Please be aware SG World does not despatch orders on a Friday, orders placed on Friday will be posted on the following Monday for Tuesday delivery.
Items can be returned and refunded minus a handling fee in a good condition, un-used and un-opened. The return delivery charge will not be refunded unless the return is due to damaged goods or a mistake by SG World Ltd.
Credit Notes will be processed once the goods are received back by us, and until this time, they remain your property. We highly recommend using a 'signed for' return delivery service such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
Imprinted and Special made to order items will not accepted for return under any circumstances.
