Caution Biological Hazard Safety Sign

The biohazard symbol is used as a warning, so that those potentially exposed to harmful substances will know to take precautions.  It is used around biological materials that carry a significant health risk. Our Caution Biological Hazard safety sign is a warning category sign conforming to the BS5499 standard. These health and safety signs are required by the Health and Safety (Safety Signs and Signals) Regulations 1996. A warning sign will appear as a black banded, yellow, equilateral triangle with the type of hazard picture in black, positioned centrally on the sign.
